We are within easy reach of Plymouth, several National Trust properties including Lanhydrock and Cotehele and the picturesque village of Polperro. We are within approximately 30 mins drive to Heligan Gardens and The Eden Project. Spend a day in Fowey, the car ferry at Bodinnick is 3 miles or park your car in the pretty village of Polruan and take the passanger ferry. The Daphne du Maurier festival is now a yearly event in Fowey, held in mid May.

There is a lovely sandy beach at Looe and small quieter coves such as Talland Bay just a short drive away. Or why not walk to Lansallos beach and along the coast path to Polperro. Coarse, game and sea fishing, horse riding and golf are also within a few miles. Also the small villages and towns of Truro, Mevagissey, Polruan, St Mawes, Falmouth, Bodmin Moor and Lerryn are well worth visiting. There are many good local restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy good food and relax at the end of the day. There are two places we fully recommend in Pelynt, a very good restaurant and the well known Jubilee Inn.

The 3 double en-suite bedrooms, are decorated to a high standard with night store heaters and tea/coffee making facilities, Hair dryers, clock Radios & T.V. Ironing facilities are available on request.
