We are within approximately 30 mins drive to Heligan Gardens and The Eden Project. Spend a day in Fowey, the car ferry at Bodinnick is 3 miles or park your car in the pretty village of Polruan and take the passenger ferry. The Daphne du Maurier festival is now a yearly event in Fowey, held in mid May.

There is a lovely sandy beach at Looe and small quieter coves such as Talland Bay just a short drive away. Or why not walk to Lansallos beach and along the coast path to Polperro. Coarse, game and sea fishing, horse riding and golf are also within a few miles. There are many good local restaurants and pubs, where you can enjoy good food and relax at the end of the day.
